André Gomes de Sousa
Executive Partner
André is a co-founder and Executive Partner at Bedrock Capital Partners responsible for execution, asset management, licensing and development. Prior to founding Bedrock in 2019, he was Head of International Real Estate Investment at Fidelidade, and previously worked at ECS Capital, Crimson (local operating partner of the Carlyle Europe Real Estate Partners III (CEREP III)) and Aguirre Newman/Savills. André has an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, a Master in Real Estate Valuation and Management from ISEG and a Master in Finance from Universidade Católica Portuguesa-Lisbon.
João Tenreiro Gonçalves
Executive Partner
João is a co-founder and Executive Partner at Bedrock Capital Partners responsible for execution, structuring, financing and asset management strategic support. Prior to founding Bedrock in 2019, he was a Director at ECS Capital where he accumulated 8 years of experience in private equity real estate. He started his career at F9 Consulting, an investment banking boutique focusing on M&A and project financing of infrastructure assets. João has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Illinois, USA).
David Leote Arié
Partner
David is a co-founder and Partner at Bedrock Capital Partners responsible for sourcing opportunities and investors. He currently accumulates responsibilities as a board member of the Arié Group Family Office. Having previously worked at ECS Capital, Deloitte – Corporate Finance Division and Aguirre Newman/Savills, he accumulated a wide experience in the Portuguese real estate sector, having developed a unique knowledge and network in the market by acting as a broker, consultant and investor. David has an undergraduate degree in Management from ISEG and a Master in Real Estate Finance and Management from INDEG-ISCTE. David is also a real estate appraiser certified by the Portuguese CMVM.
